My husband bought these for me for Christmas a couple of years ago. The photo of my dog is just her head and looks blurry on the PJs. I don’t know if it’s because of the photo my husband sent in or not. My biggest complaint is the elastic waistband, it’s very thick and hard to stretch. I haven’t been able to wear them because of this. Even though I wasn’t happy with the PJ’s the were not returnable. Fast forward almost 2 years… Today I decided to rip the seams out and replace the waistband myself. OMG one thing is for sure, these PJ’s will never fall apart! I’ve ripped 3 layers of seams so far and have come to the conclusion the only way to get the last seam out at the very top of the fabric is to cut the elastic from the fabric. Hopefully when I get a comfy soft waistband in I’ll be able to finally wear them. My advice to Cuddle Clones, make the waistband comfortable and the photo to be of the whole dog not just the face and of course have the photo be clear. If the costumer sends you a less than optimal photo, let them know so they can send in a better photo. You’re making enough money to offer refunds if the customer isn’t satisfied with their PJs… just sayin

I received a product that looked nothing like my dog. I was extremely disappointed. I was offered alterations but since the first attempt was so bad and so far away from what my dog looked like, I declined and asked for a refund. Customer service was fantastic and my refund was processed within minutes of my email requesting it. Be aware, if you approve alterations, you waive the 100% money back guarantee. Its too bad the production team doesn't take the time to make a decent replica of your dog but instead just ignores photos and does their own thing. The dog not only didn't resemble my dog, it didn't even resemble the breed. Do not recommend buying from this company but very grateful for the customer service I received and getting a full refund.

This is a follow up review. I raised it from one star to two. After about a 5 month fiasco, they finally refunded me. They finally were honest enough to admit that all they have to use for a nose is a tiny hard plastic nose like what you’d see on a teddy bear that’s smaller than a quarter. That of course going to be very disproportionate to a large dog breed like a golden retriever. I’d asked them two or three times if they could fix it and they’d said they could adjust everything I requested. But once they finally admitted they couldn’t fix that and I pointed out I’d asked repeatedly - they finally returned my money. But now I’m heartbroken that I was given false hope for so many months.

I placed an order on October 22, 2025 for a pair of pajamas that would have my daughter‘s puppies face on them. They arrived on November 7 and it was somebody else’s dog on the pajamas. I reached out to the company. They responded immediately so I had high hopes however not only was the dog not our dog. The style of the pajamas was nothing like what was represented on their website. They promised they would prioritize it and remake it, and they also promised that it would look like the one on the website. The shorts from the pajamas that I received had an inseam of 7 1/2 inches the shorts that were online in the picture had 4 inch inseam. They promised me in three different emails that they would make sure it was the 4 inch inseam(even asking me to confirm that that was what I wanted in one of the emails) the second go round it took them from November 7 until December 24 to get me the second try at the pajamas and although the puppy face was correct this time the shorts were exactly like the other order. In other words they had a 7 1/2 inch inseam not a 4 inch inseam. They look like basketball shorts on my daughter. I tried repeatedly to get the company to at least give me a discount for all the trouble that we had they blatantly refused and told me that it was basically creative control and that they were sorry that my pajamas didn’t look like the ones on their website they would take it under advisement. So overall extremely disappointed. I say buy at your own risk with this company. These pj’s were expensive too. Now I will have to shorten them myself so that they don’t look ridiculous on my daughter.

Clearer expectations to customer on submission and resulting outcome. I reviewed website and placed an order for several items. Upon doing so I was under the impression that I could select photos and upload them. My uploads were rejected several times. When I contacted Customer Support I was told I could also try emailing the pictures - which I did and those were also rejected. Upon reading other on-line reviews there is a bit more definitive requirements to the photos which are not clear on the website and how those pictures were to be used. Contacted Customer Support several times and they were great to work with - which is what bumped the grade to a 2.

I completed the choices. Entered MY SON’s address COMPLETELY for deliver. I checked box; billing address DIFFERENT from delivery!! I finished order. Then it says you are shipping it to MY BILLING ADDRESS!!! I looked everywhere to change the address. Found question,”can I change address?” No explanation on how. Contact us TODAY!!! I searched!! I tried contact I got back. We will contact you in 25-48 hours!!! You could already have SHIPPED BY THEN!!! I want to change it NOW!!! It said contact today. I searched for an hour!!! FINALLY I GOT A LIVE AGENT AND AHE FIXED IT. I WAS SCREAMING CANCEL MY ITDER I DO T WANT IT!!! Had it arrived at my home I would have returned for a refund and NEVER BOUGHT FROM YOU AGAIN. ITS 50/50 now. Your site is too difficult to maneuver !!! Old people are ordering for grandkids!!! We are NOT SAVY! On all this stuff!!! Make it easy to correct! And I should have had a “is EVERYTHING CORRECT!!! Before I paid!! I couldn’t see my deliver address!!!

Terrible business practices They won't honor discount codes (that you get by giving them your personal information), and also they just straight up guilt you if you don't immediately check out with emails like "You and "PET NAME" made a promise, don't let it fade" Simply cruel behavior.

When product eventually arrived the pjs were pretty good quality for price paid ... But I ordered early Dec and paid extra shipping for guaranteed delivery prior to Christmas... despite chasing I was finally advised on Dec 23 they would not be delivered in time... they finally arrived Dec 31st without the gift box which was ordered... when advised they did credit gift box but not the 28$ I paid for revisited shipping. Kinda ruined the whole experience... it seemed the company over extended themselves at Christmas time and surely effected many recipients negatively... shame.. if ordering expect a long delivery time far beyond that which is promised... the product however is nice...
