This was my first time to order from C.I. and boy was I impressed! I ordered the heart garlands, pom-poms and some of the paper flowers. I was expecting the garland to be a "party city" quality and it is so so so much more than that! The paper used is a heavy nice quality cardstock, the glitter used does not fall off everywhere and the thread that holds it all together is actually sewn on to each heart. I used them in my store as part of our Valentine's Day display and have had customers if I'm selling them. They are darling! Now - for the paper flowers, these are so nice and well made and they are super fluffy and full once put together. They are priced extremely well considering the size. Again, I used these in my flower shop for our display and they have attracted so much attention. The only con I can even mention has nothing to do with the quality. I didn't realize how long the flowers and the poms would take to put together. It probably took me 20 minutes per flower or pom so just keep that in mind when ordering. Will definitely use C.I. again!!!

I had a large order that I placed with Dennis - he has been a dream to work with. So incredibly polite and lovely on the phone, and extremely helpful. He was able to take a spreadsheet I gave him with my orders and the locations to ship to, and get everything organized and taken care of so that I wouldn't have to place 9 separate orders on the website. Dennis worked with his team on quality control, kept me in the loop on available quantities, and was prompt with all of his communication. Would absolutely work with Cultural Intrigue (and Dennis!) again.
