Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, arrived promptly and happy with purchase as true to image shown on website. Returned one pair over a month ago, received email confirming reciept of shoes . Still waiting for refund, no comunication at all, despite sending numerous requests. Eventually reported via Paypal and received a refund via their system.

Bought an item through Debenhams. Pet bed. Had to guess at the size as no measurements given and slightly disappointed to find that the Large which is the one I ordered, wasn't very big, so dread to think what size small and medium were. Anyway, kept it as my dogs are small and take it in turns to use it. They seem to like it.

The bookbag has a nice printed image of decent quality, but the size does not match the description. I chose a large book bag, and it was still very small. Satisfied with the image, disappointed in the size.

Took over a month for order to come in. Other than that I love the shirt.

I ordered a Badman Hawaiian shirt and 2 pins. But then I got an email saying I got a refund it was for the pins they took off my order. Still waiting to see how the shirt is whenever it gets here.
