I ordered quite a bit on 30/11/25,only 1 item not recieved,I spoke to kai through messenger who was helpful,gave me information and said he would chase it up,contact back on 21/12/25 Only reason for 4 stars is it is a christmas present and being so close to christmas,if it doesnt arrive,I will have to go looking for the item elsewhere with very little time to do so

Sizes are very difficult to judge appropriately. It would help to use models to demonstrate which size fits. Blue-tomato for example does that very well...

Received great customer service from Amber. Items were as depicted. The only down side is the amount of time it takes to receive the items. But it was worth it. My son loved all of his t-shirts.

My order arrived on time, however, I was not satisfied with the quality of the clothes, so I decided to send them back and get a full refund. It took over a month and a lot of messaging to finally get the process underway, which frustrated me a lot. In the end, everything turned out okay thanks to Amber and Autumn's help. Even though I was told that the package never arrived where it was supposed to, the store still decided to approve my refund request, and I'm really grateful for that:) The process is still underway, but I'm sure there will be no further issues. Thank you for your cooperation.

I made a mistake by not reading their shipping policy. They were quick to respond when I had questions about their shipping policy and the item I ordered. The wallet overall looks really amazing, but upon closer inspection I noticed that there was a smudge on the writing, barely noticeable at all unless you are looking at it close to your face. I got it for a birthday present, and I noticed after I had given it to them. They said that they didn’t notice nor really cared because the art was AMAZING!!!!! I will say that this store does have an amazing return policy though!!
