Overall Nick was great to work with, just slightly slow at returning calls/emails. The refurbished chair looks nice and works well.

We have placed orders for several items that have been incorrectly shipped and we have waited for a long time to receive the orders.

Dr. Helms, we want to thank you for your business. Our records reflect your first order was received on time but more quantity than you desired, and on the second order we did experience a distributor backorder. We apologize that we did not meet your expectations, but appreciate your feedback to help us improve. We look forward to working with you again soon.

Excellent service, support and knowledge of dental equipment . Dale Stewart helped me pick the awesome panoramic machine for my practice at the unbelievable low price. Dale even accommodated delivery and installation of the panoramic machine on the day that was convenient to the practice. We had to call couple of time for technical troubleshooting and every time Dale was prompt in responding and arranging help for us. I highly recommend giving Dental Planet a try for your next major or minor equipment purchase.
