I had a trade-in credit with Dental Planet that I had forgotten about (for a year). They contacted me to remind me to use my credit. I used it to purchase a new Ray Foster model trimmer for my orthodontic office. DP was honest, easy to work with, and the equipment came quickly. Highly recommend them.

I ordered a piece of equipment and it didn’t come with all the parts. The sales person didn’t seem to care very much about that either I did offer a refund or any Compensation. I would like to business with you again.

They sent us a motherboard for an xray machine that they said their technicians tested and passed all tests. It was worse than the one we replaced??

Dr. Walter M - This review is the first we have heard from you about this issue, and we have attempted to reach out to you to resolve the problem with your Trophy ETX X-ray. As you explained that you were unable to find a replacement control board for your 1980s model unit, we did locate a matching X-ray from that era. We mounted and fully tested the machine, including the state required EPE (Equipment Performance Evaluation). With everything tested and working normally, we removed the control board and shipped it to you. Your unit likely has an issue with the tube head or other components since it functions the same as with your original board. We do offer free technical support in addition to obsolete parts and welcome you reaching out to us anytime.
