So far I have had an excellent experience with Desert Financial Credit Union. Their staff at the local branches were very helpful and friendly and their phone customer service personnel were extremely pleasant to work with when getting the information I needed to access my account. I want to acknowledge my mistake with DF; Call it a senior moment or whatever I felt someone had charged at Walgreens but I was wrong and wish to apologize to DF and Walgreens this event; It was my own charge, i spaced. Sgh
