Excellent presale service followed by exemplary customer support. Even though the website is very detailed, I still had some questions which were fully addressed by the sales team. Then I had some issues related to the integration of the signing software - all these were fully resolved by the support team in a 20 minutes support call.

We purchased a VMC certificate. Due to process issued, customer service asked me two redue the purchase. We did, the 2nd purchase was completed successful However, 2 months of countless asking for the promissed refund, talking to multiple people, writting min 10 emails later - no refund / no commitment that the refund will happen - aweful customer experiance - I advice clearly against using DigiCert!

In recent years they added a new website to their infrastructure, so you will have one account in "digicert dot com", and other one in "one dot digicert dot com". You have different user accounts for each website, different OTP, different privilegies/configurations. The OTP system is broken and is not working correctly (it fails to login). The UI is unnecessary overcomplicated. It looks like on purpose just to justify the user support. The website would require a complete rewrite/simplification. I never thought creating a CRUD app for organizations/users/certificates would be so complex and would end up in two completely different websites.

Digicert makes implementing certificates so easy compared to my previous providers. Their support is phenomenal and response times are super fast. Highly recommend!
