I purchased a saltwater chlorinator from this company and followed all of the guidance provided to ensure that it was installed correctly. After installation, we discovered that several of the functions advertised on the company’s website were not yet active or available for this model. We paid a significantly higher price for the upgraded control system specifically because of these advertised features. Without them, the control system provides little to no additional value and is essentially useless in its current state. After a week of trying, we have yet to reach anyone at the company or the manufacturer of the chloriation system. It might have been better to buy from a reputable dealer and a known brand. I have ben calling and stuck on hold for an hour before it hangs up on me. This is the number I have been calling: 866-766-5243

It's very rare that a company takes enough action to get a person to completely rewrite a review..but that's precisely what DSP did. Admittedly my initial experience was not great, but they reached out to me..addressed all of my concerns..and did everything possible to make it right. With customer service like this...you can be assured you're in good hands.
