An online vendor with very good prices (not always the absolute lowest) but far better customer service (can reach them and they respond fast) than some other low ball online vendors. I have purchased 2 different systems over the years and will do so again as needed. Knowledgeable technical support.

Overall, Discount Salt Pool is easy to work with and have only run into issues with the products over time. Recently, I placed an order on 9/13 and agreement was that I would return 3 parts for refund. Order was shipped and received on time. I was given an RMA and sent parts back. UPS showed received by discount pool on 9/25. Sent email to john on 9/26. Received no reply. Had to call on 10/1 and spoke with Nathan. Forwarded email to Nathan with proof of delivery. Waiting on reimbursement. Update 10/1, 5:15 pm. Refund has been issued and everything is good.

This is my second chlorinator (Circupool) from Discount Salt Pool. The first one lasted 7 years and worked very well. The newer model has several really good upgrades. It has been running smoothly for a month.

Being a return customer, it is super to see that the level of customer service has not declined over time. John is super helpful, delivered before expected and helped me along the way. This place is great!
