Very easy going employees that will wish you the best.

I would sit on the phone for 30 minutes before I even reached an operator. It was almost impossible to make or cancel appointments. The nurse they sent me to barely knew how to draw blood and put me and the baby's father through a lot of pain. After the results were ready I was never contacted so I waited longer than I had to. Not a good experience for something that cost nearly $1700.

The person assigned to my case, Mary Hult, was helpful, compassionate and attentive. Finding out maternity/paternity issues is a very delicate emotional matter. The professional customer service I received created a pleasant experience during this potentially difficult time.

I was extremely uneasy after reading some of the reviews, but my results came back in 8 days and we're clear and easy to understand. The proccess itself was extremely easy and people I spoke with on the phone gave me all the information I needed. The peace of mind was well worth the money, thank you.

I was nervous what to use for my first born so my sister told me about this. It was simple and fast only took the guaranteed two days. It posted right away. Wouldn't use priority mail on a Friday though, because it won't start until they get it. I would recommend this for any parent, cheaper easier and good customer service to help you through everything.

The process was simple. The customer service was fast for you to pay but to get a hold of was for ever !!

I called and all the payments and appointment were set up quickly but professionally over the phone. I was able to be scheduled in the same day that I called to get an appointment. At the appointment they were very polite and explained everything to me. I got my results within about a week. I was very pleased. Thank you guys soo much!
