I took the noninvasive prenatal test on July 21,2015. I was told that the results took up to 7 business days,but those days have turned into over a month of me waiting and being told 1-2 more weeks every time I call on the new date they give me. I am told that by August 31 I will have my results but I definitely will not hold my breath on it. Just so frustrating to pay all the money you pay just to not have such an important event in your life taken as a proffesional matter. I contemplate about just canceling but I really need the results.

I ordered the very expensive prenatal paternity test, was told I'd have results in 7-10 days. A month later, I still don't have results, and was never told there may be any of the delays we've dealt been through. Now we're told this morning we have to wait another week. Not a happy camper!

I took my initial test for the prenatal DNA testing in July it's now the end of august and they still have no results!!!!! they tell you 7 days but that is false. at this point it's been 5 weeks and I'm waiting for a full refund. I wasted so much time and emotions on this company for nothing. I do not recommend them

The staff are extremely sensitive and often have their own personal experiences to share to help you along the way. The process is simple and only takes about a week for results! And the results are clear to read so you can be sure.
