A year later, never got my test back. What a scam. Refusing to return money.

It's been more than 7 months and they have not completed anything.

If I could rate 0 I would. Shady business practices. When I purchased the website said 8-12 weeks. Now I’m told they never made me a promise. It was all in my head. But don’t worry… 7 months after my sample was recieved I STILL have no results. No excpected delivery date. No promises of anything. I had to file a chargeback.

I bought 100x sequencing for myself, my wife, and my daughter. Their website said 8-12 weeks to process. Eight months later they are still saying “we don’t guarantee processing times” and can’t give me even an estimate. Terrible company. Do not trust them with this important business.

Next month will be one year since I sent in my kit and I still haven't gotten my results. I have sent about 5 messages with requests for a refund, and each time I get a response to be patient.

Just like many others, we pay $495 for a DNA sequence only to never receive it. We've tried to get a refund with no luck. Tried to get the credit card company to dispute with no luck. So frustrating.

It's already 7 months since I've submitted my sample. Sent them several email,they just thank me for my patience, and providing nothing. Stay away from this fraudulent company. Unless you wanna pay 495$ (they have already raised the price to 595$ for 30 WGS) and get a "cheerful" email back that is thanking your patience. Total scam,stay away. I regret I didn't invested few minutes to read people's feedbacks before purchasing.
