DollamurReviews of dollamur.com

The staff at Dollamur were very professional, responsive, and helpful. The only complaint was the design wasn't fully what we had asked for - However, staff presented us with options to be compensated.

These mats are fantastic! I'm loving them, as are my students.Unlike most, I did pick mine up from their warehouse since I was close. The information about where to go could have been a little more helpful but still not an issue. Thanks Dollamur for a great product and service. I'm sure I'll be expanding soon!

Ordering my mats took some time on getting returned calls to place order. Once I talked to them it was fine. My biggest issue was the delivery. I received to large packages. The first one the cardboard skid was halfway missing and the boxes was destroyed as if it fell off the back of the truck. The second package was NO BETTER. The bands holding the box where broke. The box fell apart and landed on its side Either package had any covering on the mats (example NO plastic or anything.) Mats in a bad cardboard box. My mats where completely exposed to the elements of outside and inside of a tractor trailer with a black gritty substance on them. Now to the unboxing (which was already done during transportation!) Once taking out of what was left of the two boxes I received two floor mats and three wall mats. I really do like the flex mats. My only issue is the Velcro taping together seems to be a small divot that likes to gather lint and miscellaneous dust (it appears that I will have issues going forward with them connecting together with the edges curling up). My wall mats look as if somebody cut them with a hacksaw both sides are very rough. Not sure if this is how they were supposed to be. I imagined that they would have some kind of seal or wrap so it did not look like foam peeling off the sides. It definitely looks like somebody cut them with a saw. I wish I could post pictures to let everyone see. To sum up my review the rolling on the mat has been excellent. Delivery package for the amount of money that you pay for these is poor no better way to explain. Quality of the wall mats disappointing.

Customer Service was helpful and worked through my order with me. We reviewed the proofs and made the order. I have two comments, it was not easily understood the different payment options. I ultimately went with the 50% at order and 50% when delivered, but there is no way to inspect the order prior to full payment. Secondly, installation instruction would be helpful, along with a recommendation of mounting product at the time of purchase.

These mats are perfect for our gym, both wall and floor, and the customer service has been excellent every time we've ordered. Have had only great experiences both with Dollamur and their product.

Dollamur staff are incredibly efficient and effective, the manufacturing is FAST, very responsive, AND the folks in shipping & pick up are friendly, helpful and throuogh. This is a great company top to bottom! This is a great company

Vinny Barber sold this mat. He knows the business and his competition. He was aggressive and Thorough on the sale and made sure I had the information needed to make a decision. He had time to discuss the specifics whenever I needed him. As a long time sales rep myself, I can say without a doubt that he performed a solid job. He made our small wrestling community very happy. Dollamur has a nice product with features that surpass the competition.

Great service and fast delivery. My daughter is using the mats to train at home during the covid lockdown. She has nothing but great things to say about the product. Well done Dollamur!!
