Product is good. Service is poor. Zero communication with delivery and shipment. Product has shown up EVERY time without notice. No tracking number, no email, no phone call to inform of any delivery. Hundreds of dollars in shipping, zero communication. Phone and email communication with representatives is minimal at best. Even after calling and emailing by complaint, I have still yet to hear from Dollamur.

Rolls are great quality and were easy to roll out and place on our floor. The only improvement I would suggest is a transition piece for the edges because people trip on the flooring often, but I hear Dollamur is developing that now. Fantastic!

From the moment I contacted them, everything was as it should be: prompt responses, answers to questions, appropriate follow up as needed. The mat was done inside of 2 weeks (no crazy graphics) and was laying down in my gym 19 days after I signed off on the order. Looks great and performs even better. I'll never consider buying a mat you have to tape together again.
