My Locksmith, Chris was very knowledgeable and as experienced as anyone could be. He had a very positive outlook and truly seemed to enjoy his job and all phases of his production. He was very neat in his cleanup. The overall communication via the Office manager was excellent from the beginning. He had answers to all of my questions and stayed on top of my quote and order. There were only two things I see that could have been improved upon. I did not know it would be a two step process in a door implementation. That means another day and another service contractor involved. Also, I was bumped one day in the beginning of my original service day and I had cancelled 3 things for that appointment. Other than those things, so far I am pleased. Hopefully the last appointment will go smoothly.
