Lock and Doors A&A is a company who takes advantage of customers just to make a dollar. I am certain that Lock and Doors makes their revenue in manipulation and dishonesty to unsuspecting and potential consumers. I would dare not use this company ever again. They are a bad representation for services on consumer products.

Ms. Perkins, I'm sorry for any confusion about the service we provided for you. According to my records, we did exactly what we quoted to you in advance for a minimum fee of $160, that you approved. We did the repairs and charged you the quoted minimum of $160 and your garage door was operating properly when we left your home. I'm not sure what it is that you're unhappy with, but you are welcome to call me directly to discuss the matter further. Jon Graves Retail Manager A&A Safe, Lock & Door Co. 770-963-8191
