I had bought that shoes off of Amazon
I had bought that shoes off of Amazon, I have been eye balling them for a while. Well when I got them the shoes were open and worn and returned. I logged onto Amazon and I did the chat with Dreampairs and they told me to send in the pictures and I did. I didn't see that they had respond so I called the customer service and the lady that helped was very nice and helpful and is going to send me a replacement.

Dream Pairs Shoes went beyond my expectations after receiving a defective shoe and replaced the order at no charge. I was very satisfied with their customer service and product!

Sort of happy but still giving 5 stars!!
I really like the shoes. They look nice on me and would be comfortable if they fit me correctly. They felt ok at first but then I realized that my ankles kept slipping out even though I ordered a size smaller (I returned my regular size). I got busy and forgot to send them back and the 30 days went by. I gave a 5 star because Dreampairs still helped me -they let me keep the shoes and gave me a 30 % refund. I put 3 heel cushions in each shoe and they feel better.

Savannah was very helpful with my…
Savannah was very helpful with my experience. I got a size 8 in their shoes but unfortunately it was a little too big. I started a return and Savannah got back with me very quickly! She created my shipping label and I will be sending it off on Monday.

I have NEVER in my life had a stilleto heel that as soon as you put them on, you're walking on CLOUDS! Good on the balls of your feet, your knees and posture!
