So I had originally ordered these shoes from Amazon. When I got them, the shoes had purple stains and a yellow mark on the strap. So I was very upset. I waa going to return them through Amazon when it suggested I talk to the rep doe these shoes. I did, told them what happened and they sent me a new pair, a beautiful brand new pair. Honestly I would just buy the shoes from the seller and not through amazon! They were so helpful, great customer service!

The shoes were very pretty, but did not fit properly. I paid to return them but have NOT been refunded. I paid with PayPal. The initial transaction number was 852890086B557213J. Then it said the order number was DPUSUSFMMM260624061044799. I WILL BEGIN POSTING ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY REFUND AND NOT TO PURCHASE DREAMPAIRS SHOES. I AM CONTACTING PAYPAL. PLEASE SEND MY REFUND!!

Dear Valerie Dahlem, Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We completely understand your frustration—having to wait for a refund after going through the trouble of returning the shoes is certainly not the experience we want any of our customers to have. We sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this has caused. After reviewing your order, we identified that a system glitch prevented the return status from updating in a timely manner, which unfortunately delayed the refund process. We truly regret this oversight and any stress it has added. We have now manually processed your refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal) within 3–5 business days. Please keep an eye on your account during that time. If the refund does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please don't hesitate to reach out to us again, or you may also contact your financial institution or PayPal for further assistance. We truly value you as a customer, and we hope you'll give us another chance to serve you better in the future. We're sorry again for the trouble, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Best regards, Dream Pairs Customer Service Team

My initial pair of sandals broke within the warranty period. I reached out to customer service who sent a new replacement pair. They responded quickly, were very understanding and courteous, and handled the issue. Hoping the first pair I received were just faulty, otherwise amazing customer service!
