Dr. Radillo does an excellent job! This is a great option for minor issues that don’t require immediate emergency care or while on vacation and bring your animals like I do.

The doctor that we saw was great for our oldest dog. The appointment was easy to do over the phone obviously. However, unfortunately, this is not a solution to expensive veterinary bills. The membership is pricey, but worth it for the visit portion. They must make their money on selling their products and their medication. Did not expect to come out of a free doctor visit.Needing to purchase almost $500.00 of medications and ten different products. Still at square one.

Thank you for sharing this, and we're glad the vet visit for your oldest dog went smoothly and over the phone made it easy. To clarify on membership value: Dutch offers unlimited vet appointments for up to 5 dogs and/or cats for one fee of $132 a year, and for medications, we offer price matching if you find a lower price elsewhere, as well as the option to transfer prescriptions to a local pharmacy if you need them sooner. We appreciate you laying out your experience with the costs involved.
