The staff was knowledgeable and compassionate. They made recommendations that fit our needs and our pets needs. The service was easy to schedule and worked with our busy schedules. That is honestly the main reason I got this was due to the ability to schedule appointments at times that work for us. Not typical vet hours.

The veterinarian was very informative and was able to simplify things for some of the other members in the household that had difficulties understanding some of the technical aspects of the discussion. I was able to get an appointment next day for four cats that all have the same issue, which is unheard of at a physical veterinary location. And it is much more reasonably priced than anything we would get from any other place we could go for this kind of care.

There is no problem at all getting an appointment set up with a vet. The vets are usually very informed and helpful. The prescription order, that is where the problem starts. For one, you have to use their pharmacy. You cannot just get a prescription to fill locally. And the cost of their pharmacy items are very inflated. When you do order, you may get it in a week, or it may never come. If you call for support, you will wait in a queue for quite a while and usually get a message that says no one is available. Please leave your info and we will call you back. The don't... ever. If you use the email address for support, you will get a reply. Usually it will be something along the lines of they will check on the order for you. That is not going to happen. So, if you have something urgent, like an ear infection, and you need topical antibiotics, just go to a local vet. As I write this, I have yet to have any actual support for an order I placed 9 days ago and which FedEx says has not yet been shipped. The cost? For a tiny tube of topical antibiotics, it was $100. The website says you can opt to use a local pharmacy and directs you to a web link. That link does not list the medication. At the time of writing, I am now on day 11 since the order and still no medication. I did finally get in touch with a human on the phone who told me they would check on it for me. At no time did they indicate a tracking update, a new order, or an estimated time for deliver.
