Excellent service. Quick but enough time spent, good explanations, made sure I understood and got what I needed for my dog. Good follow up. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We were able to book an appointment quickly. The vet was super nice and helpful, and prescribed just what we needed. The call was short and simple, and much easier than trying to take our 80 lb dog to the vet.

Dutch Vet is a tremendous service! Our first visit was today after we signed up last night. The vet visit was amazing - she was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My doggie was relaxed and calm - I was able to use the camera to highlight a concern on her nose. Plus the vet was able to see my dogs true demeanor and personality completely stress-free. Having access to a vet via telehealth is a wonderful benefit because I work M-F and it’s difficult to juggle vet visits at my local office that is 30 minutes away. Before I would have to take off early and plan months ahead. This saved so much time and my dog’s anxiety. Highly recommend Dutch!

Quick short stress free appointments. The annual membership costs less than 1 visit to my regular vet. The only criticism I have, and I do get why they do it, was that in the 20 hrs between making to appointment and starting the appointment, I got about 15 reminders of my appointment. The first one was 5 mins after I booked, the 2nd 5 mins later, and the 3rd another 5 mins later. The last one was 5 mins before the visit, and I was already in and waiting. I wrote this before getting the prescriptions filled through Dutch. They were a fraction of the cost of the same drug through my vet, and even through chewy. And both drugs and fees ($7 pharmacy fee) cost less that the copay on one of my own meds. Unless your pets needs blood work or a physical exam, don't waste your money on physical vets. It's less stressful for your pets, and makes having an often problematic baby much easier in this economy. The app doesn't really work, at least on my phone. But the website is identical and works fine. I get that this is because they have a lot of no shows. But getting a text and an email warning that I'll be charged if I miss the appointment WHILE IM IN IT, is just a smidge excessive.
