I had to go to the Emergency Vet with my cat and I went over what happened and my instructions with the vet on Dutch. Having someone to check in with and tell me what to look for in case treatment was not working was considerably reassuring.

Very quick and easy! Much cheaper and less stressful than having to go to my vet. I wish I knew about this sooner!

Kind informative vet. I actually really like this service. Great services actually, BUT! Impossible to get meds quickly. Even expedited with a fee it didn’t go out for 24 hrs and four days later I’m still waiting. No appointments available on Sunday either, even though it says sundays are normal hours. I tried.

We appreciate your feedback and are glad the vet was informative. We're sorry about the medication delays and Sunday appointment issues. We'll review our processes to improve medication delivery times and update our appointment availability information. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Great to be able to schedule when my regular vet was closed for the weekend! I got peace of mind that my dog was okay and learned what signs to look for if things changed for him.

I love that the appointments are same day in the comfort of my home. I have used them multiple times this year. The savings cost and prompt responses make it A+!! If there was ever a time I feel I need a second opinion I have that option. Never had needed to second guess anything Vets have been spot on

Truly, I love Dutch . They make having a virtual vet, easy to set appointments and you’re seeing them on time and your vet thoroughly goes over the issues that you may be facing with your animal.
