I had my first appointment with a Dutch vet. She was wonderful. Took time to answer my concerns and explain what might help.

Signed up for Dutch, paid for the year and the next day had two visits for two of my pets which would have cost me three times as much just for walking in the vet. For simple things like ear infections, eye infections, skin issues, anxiety etc this is the best thing I could imagine. Medications have been prescribed and will be delivered to my door. This feels like a godsend. Both veterinarians i saw were kind and knowledgeable! Appointments took under 10 minutes, and started on time. Perfect!

I have had repeated email exchanges with the customer care regarding their refusal to cancel a recurring prescription for my dog after she passed away, include an apology from Brayan who three weeks ago wrote: "I have taken the following actions immediately to ensure this is completely resolved: Full Cancellation: I have officially canceled your Dutch membership and all associated subscriptions. You will not be charged again, and no further orders will be fulfilled. Refund Submitted: I have submitted a full refund request for the current order to ensure you are not out of pocket for a service you no longer need. Timeline: You will see the funds back in your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days." Today I was notified that another prescription is on the way. What kind of company torments a grieving pet owner like this? I don't know if they are cruel or just incompetent but it is one of those two and I suggest staying far away from them. --- Dutch's response is incredibly disingenuous. The fact is my card was charged again after the above quoted assurance from Brayan that it wouldn't happen. Yes, you refunded that one too but only I had to go through the hassle of contacting you again. Up until your response here I thought you all were just incompetent. Now I believe you're dishonest too.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are truly sorry for your loss. We understand how difficult this time can be. We do want to clarify that when you initially reached out at the beginning of April regarding your membership, a full refund was processed at that time. You later contacted us again about an order you had already received, and that order was also fully refunded. Our records show that the membership and associated services were canceled as requested, and refunds were completed. The notification you received appears to have been sent in error, and no additional charges or fulfillments should occur. We understand how concerning that message would be under the circumstances and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
