Love this option!! Evening visits are great and I don’t have to take off from work to go to the vet.

Dutch makes taking your pet to the vet affordable, time efficient and you don’t get pushy vets trying to misdiagnosis or over treat your pet. They addressed the real issue in a Very timely, professional way.

I am blown away with my experience with Dutch! It was so easy to book an appointment! The vet was so compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive! I am so thankful for Dutch and my experience! I dread going to the vet and spending thousands on just a small simple treatment and Dutch helped to get my puppy the care she needed for an affordable cost!

I needed a vet visit for my dog. I was unable to get one quickly with our regular vet and looked for another option online and found Dutch. I was able to get an appointment much faster than local. The vet was on time (actually a few minute early) and the visit was totally painless yet comprehensive. I will definitely be using Dutch again.

It can't replace a real Vet. Things I didn't know that, their prescription does not accepted to any other pharmacy. So you you have to order for them. Their regular deliveries take 7-8 days. So, your pet might get well by the time the medicines arrive. Also they charge an illogical $7 (pharmacy processing fee) with every order. And if you need the medicine urgently, which still takes 2-3 days, you have to pay extra $15. I am not renewing the Dutch subscription for the next year. It does not worth it to have it. Go and see real in person vets.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points. We do want to note that Dutch is designed to complement, not replace, in-person veterinary care, and we always recommend going to an emergency or in-person clinic if your pet needs immediate medical attention. For medication delivery, we offer standard free shipping (4–7 days), priority shipping ($15 for 2–3 days), and rush shipping ($25 for 1–2 days) depending on how quickly medication is needed. We understand timing can be important, and we provide these options so pet parents can choose what best fits their situation. We also do have a pharmacy processing fee, which helps cover the operational costs of fulfilling and coordinating prescriptions. We did also see that you reached out to our team and your renewal was canceled as requested. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that your experience did not meet expectations.

I've spoken with two of the veterinarians so far. They were both great! This is an awesome service for the money. It costs me about $150.00 for a basic visit to our regular vet. She's an awesome doc, but she's in a large multi-doctor practice, and she doesn't set the prices. Dutch seems like such an obvious way to go. No brainer.
