Dr. Jett was amazing! I had trouble with my microphone but I was able to message during her exam with Lacey! She did everything I could have asked and was extremely patient with me and the messaging. Excellent service and I am hooked on Dutch.com.

Dr.Hoffman was amazing. She understood every single one of our concerns. Prescribed a variety of medications, as well as vitamins & shampoo. Stated we could choose what or what not to purchase. The price was stated right beside every recommendation. Would def recommend not only Dutch, but Dr. Hoffman as well

This was the most pleasurable vet experience my boxer and I ever had! My dog, Theodore, actually napped the whole time while the doctor and I spoke and then he looked at him on the zoom call. The doctor, Dr. Skeleton, was pleasant and knowledgeable. We will be lifelong customers of Dutch.

Dr Hray was very kind and knowledgeable. We got our cat on a treatment plan that was affordable. Not having to stress him by going to a vet office was priceless.

So set up a zoom appointment and they sent emails stating if I cancel the day of the appointment I will get charged $25. So the day of the appointment my wife and I were waiting for the zoom call. No call but got an email stating they had to cancel our appointment. I wrote them and asked since you canceled the day of the appointment do I get a $25 credit to my account. They said no it only applies to the customer. Poor business practice. Bottom line is they don't care about your time clearly. They can cancel anytime they want with no consequences but the moment I do 25$ charge. No accountability at all. Very disappointed

We understand how disappointing it is to be ready for an appointment, only to have it canceled on our end. That’s not the experience we want to deliver, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. While our late cancellation fee is in place to help prevent last-minute no-shows and allow vets to help as many pets as possible, we agree that accountability should go both ways. In this case, our team should’ve acknowledged the disruption and better addressed your concerns.
