Stephanie is my vet for 2 interactions now. She is professional and caring. Stephanie is thorough and adept. Her concern and genuine desire to assist and heal the pet are awesomely evident. I am thankful to Dutch for placing her in our lives Ann

We're really sorry to hear about your experience, and we truly appreciate you sharing your feedback. We understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been. Our team did work closely with you throughout the week, rescheduling when video issues came up and again when you let us know you weren’t home with your pet for a scheduled visit. We're always happy to accommodate when life gets in the way, and we appreciate your patience during those changes. That said, we sincerely apologize that the veterinarian did not show up to your final scheduled appointment. That’s not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we take full responsibility. To make this right, we’ve fully canceled your account and issued a complete refund. We’re genuinely sorry for the time and effort you spent, and we’ll be using this feedback to improve moving forward.

Dutch was there when we our dog was acting weird and we needed some help. They were also there for ear infections and other ailments. We highly recommend them!

The vets may be nice and care, however the website is GARBAGE. Multiple times now the buttons on the website literally don't work when I go to book a vet appointment. As in you click them, and they go nowhere. I have tried 5 different devices. I have cleared my cache and cookies and restarted all of the devices. It's laughable how unhelpful the customer support team is. I'm not dumb, I'm generally nice when speaking on the phone, I'm not technologically illiterate, I've worked in Customer Support in the past, and my experiences when something goes wrong at Dutch have been some of the worst I've ever experienced. I don't know where else to post a review for them or how to get ahold of them.

Thank you for your honest feedback, we’re really sorry to hear about the trouble you've had navigating the website and getting support when you needed it. We absolutely understand how frustrating that must be, especially when you're doing everything right on your end. We did take a look at your account, and it looks like you were able to successfully schedule an appointment. However, we had to reschedule it this morning due to an emergency with the vet, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We’re standing by and ready to help you get that new appointment booked. Just reply to the email our team sent, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of quickly. We’re always working on improving both our platform and our service, and feedback like yours is critical in helping us get better. We appreciate your patience and hope to make things right moving forward.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I waited 5 minutes in a zoom call for the doctor to join he never did. I was then charged the no show fee even though I messaged the doctor on their website. He responds back saying he was waiting but I never joined. I said no there must be an issue with zoom then I had been waiting for you. Dutch customer service never answers the phone and does not respond to text messages. I am still waiting on them to respond to my many text or emails. If they don't refund me I will be disputing this charge with my bank. The initial day I joined Dutch it was like this. I didn't get through to customer service and had to repeatedly text for a response. Its unfortunate because my first appointment went great, and I got my medications in a timely manner for my dog. I was super excited for this appointment because the first Dr had been so great but Dr. Justin Michaels and the customer service team have ruined this experience. I wasn't even asking for a refund on the annual fee but a refund on the no show charge. But I can't get through to their customer service team. Now I just want a full refund there is no use in having a service and never being able to get ahold of customer service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we’re truly sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve had, especially after such a positive first appointment. We took a closer look at your case and can confirm that our customer service team has already issued a refund for the no-show fee, as we recognize there were technical issues with the Zoom call that impacted your ability to connect with the vet. We completely understand how important a smooth and reliable experience is, and we’re sorry this one fell short. If you’d still prefer to cancel your account, we’re here to help. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and mention your Trustpilot review so we can get your request taken care of as quickly as possible. We appreciate your honest feedback and are committed to improving from experiences like this.

Dr. Moore was very kind and helpful in fulfilling our needs and understanding the situation. She came prepared for the call having read our dog's clinical history and returning texts beforehand.

Great and easy service to use. Was able to talk to a vet the next day (booked at the end of the previous day). Dr. Hofmann was very attentive and helpful for my senior dog.
