Dr McCloskey was thorough and kind. This was an excellent alternative to dragging my hurting 200lb Mastiff into the car and vet. Meds arrive in 3 days, so a great option for non-emergencies

The Vet was extremely personable. Was very concerned about my fur baby. Went into great detail about the prescribed meds. I was very happy with the results of the zoom call.

I was looking for an online provider and pharmacy and happened upon Dutch in an online search. Went thru the membership process, assessments on 3 pets and conducted 3 zoom encounters with veterinarians all same day. Got my rx’s filled and are being delivered today. The process was seamless, professional with excellent customer service. Definitely worth it and will be a repeat customer!!

Kali and I and my wife met with Dr. Shannon Barrett regarding Kali's ear problems. She was great and took her time in looking at Kali, diagnosing his issue, and educating us on what might be causing his ear infections. Very, very helpful.

I had a great experience with Dr. Hall—she was compassionate, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about my cat's well-being. Unfortunately, the overall service from Dutch has been disappointing. I ordered a prescription three weeks ago and still haven’t received it. When I tried to follow up, I was met with delays and unhelpful responses. To make matters worse, there's a $5 "transfer fee" just to obtain your own pet’s prescription—a completely unnecessary charge that feels like a money grab. Between the poor follow-through and extra fees, I decided to cancel my subscription. It’s a shame, because Dr. Hall was truly wonderful. The system she works within, however, is not.

The initial prescription request was submitted on July 1st, but it did require some follow-up with the veterinarian to ensure it was clinically appropriate and aligned with your cat’s treatment plan. We kept you updated throughout this process, and once the vet revised the medication and updated the plan, our team moved forward promptly. As for the $5 prescription transfer fee, we understand your concern, and our team had already offered to refund that fee as a courtesy. Our goal is never to create frustration, but rather to ensure that prescriptions are handled safely and compliantly. We appreciate your feedback and are genuinely sorry to see you go.
