With my concerns for my cat, I was pleased to get an immediate appointment with a licensed professional veterinarian as my local practice had wait lists particularly for specialties. Dr. Johar was thorough in her observation and inspection asking for closer examination to get a good picture of the skin condition. The treatment options were discussed and the ones most suited for my cat were recommended. The technology used for membership, scheduling, notifications, and feedback went without challenges for this user who was wary of using televet services. As a Registered Professional Nurse, I could not have been more pleased with the care, empathy, and service provided that exceeded my expectations.

The whole process from start to finish was seamless and incredibly cost effective. I thought the Veterinarian that saw my dog was outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about how well this went and how quickly my dog was seen and got the medication he needed. Even on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend. Thank you Dr. Jenkins - you were phenomenal. I really appreciate you helping my dog.

This place is legit. They really do help cut out the b.s. you have to deal with a brick and mortar vet shop and trust me there isn’t a more reliable low cost option then what Dutch offers. I have a nervous dog who gets physically ill going to the vet. She’s on prescription dog food and vets will force you to come in for dog food prescriptions. It’s probably the biggest racket there ever was with prescriptions. That’s said, Dutch is one of the only places I’ve found a solution for with my specific needs and I couldn’t be happier. If you read negative reviews I suspect these are people who are impossible to please or are literally asking for Dutch to commit crimes to save said reviewer money. Hopefully this helps someone on the fence, give it a shot. Vets are so absurdly overpriced (where I live in the city) so I feel like one successful engagement with Dutch will literally pay for itself.

We've used Dutch for a year now (just renewed) & every time they've gotten us booked SO quickly, the vets are thorough,kind, answer all questions & get medications out FAST if needed. They follow up with you as well. A regular vet can take weeks/months to get scheduled & the prices are SO high... Dutch is affordable & has been a blessing for our fur babes! Highly recommend them.
