Dear Vito:
Whoa! This ear plug WORKS! Please, if you can, READ the following paragraphs.
It is obvious that you have not read the instruction card that came with your order and unfortunately you have not figured out how to use this Beeswax ear plug. DON'T WORRY! You are not alone for we have about 1 in every 400 customers that have difficulty inserting this soft and moldable ear plug to get it to seal. Ear Plugs can be NEW for many and ours is surely different from the simple foam ear plugs.
Vito, that's O.K.! I will describe below how to (prepare and insert) our ear plug and I will assure you that you will become (TOTALLY SATISFIED) with this magnificent ultra-high blocking ear plug.
The ear plugs you have are the HIGHEST BLOCKING (most sound suppressing) ear plugs in existence; but to experience the superior performance, you must follow (exactly), the preparation and insertion directions below. You will then see why all the testimonials on our website page are true and accurate;
1. Vito, just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly “tacky” so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. When the ear plug is soft and moldable and ready to insert, it doesn't matter what shape it is; round, flat , long or narrow; just follow the next step.
2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug FIRMLY, & FLATTEN it, (IN and AGAINST) your ear canal (until you feel a GOOD SEAL!)
IMPORTANT: If it doesn't seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds and it will seal well.
3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & sealing the ear canals; now listen; you’ll hear very little or more likely no sound at all. It even gets better each time you wear them.
4. To Remove: Simply pinch the ear plug with your thumb & index finger and gently pull downward and out.
Vito, if you have any difficulty preparing or inserting the ear plug, then please phone us here at the office. We will be happy to 'walk you through' inserting this magnificent ear plug. Our phone number is 1-800-226-1884.
Most sincerely
