Dear Szilvia: Your satisfaction is our most important goal! This fine ultra-high blocking ear plug will work PERFECTLY for you; but just prior to insertion the first time, it needs to be (prepared correctly) and (inserted correctly)! Please follow the instructions exactly as I present them below and you will experience this magnificent ear plug at its best. The VERY FIRST TIME that you are about to use our ear plug, you must (work or knead) the ear plug between your fingers or hands for at least 30 seconds, to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. All insertions afterwards will only require kneading the ear plug for just 10 seconds to make it moldable.. 2. SECONDLY! Most women do not insert the whole ear plug; for just after they have kneaded the ear plug to make it soft and moldable, they pinch off at least ( a third), and insert a smaller ear plug that fits their ear canal better, is more comfortable, seals easier and blocks out better. This can make a huge difference! 1. Just as you are about to insert, take just ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it}thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 30 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly tacky so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. When the ear plug is soft and moldable and ready to insert, it doesn't matter what shape it is; round, flat, long or narrow; just follow step 2. 2. Using your index finger, push FIRMLY & flatten the ear plug IN and AGAINST your ear canal (until you feel a GOOD SEAL)! (If it doesn't seal immediately), then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds and it will warm and seal well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & sealing the ear canal, now listen to the silence around you. You will now experience the HIGHEST BLOCKING EAR PLUG MADE. 4. To Remove: Simply pinch the ear plug with your thumb & index finger and gently pull downward and out. Dear Gower: This fine all natural ear plug never causes any irritation because the materials of Beeswax--Pure Lanolin and Cotton are so compatible with human skin. You may have inserted too large an ear plug. After kneading it and making it soft and moldable, just pinch off about 1/3rd and insert the remaining 2/3rds of the ear plugs.
