Excellent Service
Contacted efax on 2/9/24 because I was being billed for 2 accounts and needed just one efax hipaa compliant account. Spoke with Elizabeth V who listened to me, went above and beyond to resolve my issues and is bilingual like me. One of the best customer services experience I’ve had. Thank you.

Best Fax Service Ever
My customer support representative Minh was outstanding in establishing my account, explaining the process, and following up with me to ensure everything went smoothly. E-fax is extremely convenient with immediate send/receive features, cost-effective, and seamless. Minh was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and customer-oriented and 10 stars to him and E-fax! A great service overall.
