They advertise that you can send a certain number of pages for free at the test trial which I did and was charged 12.-€ for it. Haven't seen sn invoice for it or any other notification. They told me it was charged because the sending took more time. They can claim that obviously afterwards. No control of money for the customer and even though I asked for an invoice several time, nothing. Addition: They refund me the money after posting here ;-) one star more
