I've owned 3 Ego Single stage snowblowers, and all 3 have experienced extensive/catastrophic electrical problems. The first 2 completely stopped worknig, and were beyond repair. I thought I would give Ego one more chance, because I so badly wanted to like them! So I spent extra money and purchased a very slightly used (less than 1 season) SNT2120AP snow blower with heated grips. It looked literally brand new when I bought it. I don't think the original owner used it more than a handful of times. I have used it 2 times since purchasing it, on very light snowfalls. After the 2nd use, both the lights and the heated grips have now stopped working. I contacted Ego and was shocked to find out that even though this thing has virtually NO USE on it, because I purchased it second hand, and not from a retailer, they will not cover the repair. I have invested thousands of dollars with Ego! I own virtually every tool they sell, including a 42" zero turn mower. I went all-in on this platform! Sadly, I'm done with them. Or at least with their snowblowers. They are horrible. Please, save your money and frustration and go with a different brand!

Great team. They were going through system changes and weren't able to return calls. Soon they were able to get through the call backlog and get me a warranty repair for my snow blower. All my future business would go to this company.

I bought two weed eaters and two leaf blowers the one battery went bad is is marked march of 2021 . But the company sucks and will not replace the bad battery. So I’m going to sale them all or junk them .really sucks because I liked them till the battery went bad . And the warranty sucks .

Horrible customer service. On hold for 42 minutes one day and 2 hours 37 minutes the next and still haven’t got through to them. The products are good but customer service is horrible. They provide no number for customer complaints. I wrote a complaint to Chervon their parent company. Not expecting to hear from them. I’m done with Ego

ego will not answer their phones. good luck getting help with a chainsaw problem. 2 weeks trying to get someone to help. Lowes will not take chainsaws back over 6 months. chainsaw will not work anymore.

AFTER 2 YEARS MY EGO NEXUS GENERATOR WOULD NOT CHARGE THE BATTERIES. THE BATTERIES ARE NOT THE PROBLEM, AS I WAS ABLE TO CHARGE THEM ON THE RAPID CHARGE FROM MY EGO SNOW BLOWER. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM TO 3 DIFFERENT SERVICE REPS. THEY COULDN'T UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM BECAUSE ENGLISH WAS THEIR SECOND LANGUAGE. IT SEEMED I WAS TALKING TO PEOPLE IN INDIA. FINALLY MY CASE WAS REFERED TO A SUPEVISOR AND HE WAND VIDEOS OF THE PROBLEM. AFTER TWO VIDEOS AND MY EXPLAINING THE PROBLEM OVER AND OVER HE WANTED A THIRD VIDEO. AT THIS POINT I REFUSED, TOLD HIM TO EITHER HAVE MY NEXUS REPAIRED OR REPLACED. TO PUT SOME SERVICE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THAT WAS A WEEK AGO AND STILL NOTHING FROM EGO. CONSIDERING THE COMPLAINTS I HAVE READ ABOUT EGO'S CUSTOMER SUPPORT I WOULD NOT BY ANY MORE OF THEIR PRODUCTS. IF A PRODUCT FAILS OR NEEDS REPAIR, YOUR ON YOUR OWN. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS USELESS. I AM NOW BUY A BLUETTI.

Have the snow blower and noticed 1 battery started flashing orange than stop the machine. Called customer service and they said it was out of warranty by 1 month and wouldn't do anything for me. I knoticed the second battery started doing the same thing and found out its a temperature sensor that protects the battery from overheating. The batteries are not overheating as I just swap them or tap them and the flashing goes green and they start to work again. They obviously have a defect and they don't admit it with no customer satisfaction service for very expensive batteries..

My Ego mower has been used less than 10 times. One day, I started it up and it quit before I even tok five steps. It wasn't mowing anything and would not start up again. I called customer service and after getting the "run around" had to take the mower 25 miles to a Lowe's. Lowes said I had to deposit $80 for someone to look at it. Lowes then sent it from Tulsa Oklahoma to Texas for service. The service guy picks up and delivers every two weeks! The mower has been "in service" for 2 months and I still haven't heard a word on it. I called Lowes and they said it's been repaired but it's still in Texas. They said it should be back in two weeks! We'll see if that happens. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced
