After a week of not being able to use the credit card station and calling to resolve this issue. The customer service representative who helped me today was incredible. ELAVON & US BANK REPORTED FOR FRAUD Crooks and thieves working an elaborate scam. Been stealing from customers for YEARS! I have already reported Elavon/US Bank and their employees to several agencies for investigation. And I advise everyone here to do the same, start with the FTC, report them for fraud. On this board alone they have taken hundreds of thousands from people and they need to be held accountable. Suits are coming.

I was getting some accounting done and had to call five different times for one particular issue I needed solved along with some other questions I had, which were still answered and everyone I dealt with was pleasant and kind. BUT, it wasn’t until I got to Shannon that my problem was solved. Shannon wasn’t sure how to answer my question but she didn’t just tell me she didn’t know - she said “bear with me while I find out”. She helped me get exactly what I needed, answered all of my questions, showed me how to do things on my end and walked me through it. I genuinely was so grateful for her help, patience, professionalism and cheery attitude. She was truly a pleasure to speak with. I hope that her efforts are recognized because in today’s society m, employees like her are far and few in between. Thank Shanon for all of your help!!!
