I love the communication and fast delivery. It’s my second time ordering and I am pleasantly surprised the quality of communication and delivery hasn’t changed. I love my first bag just a little bit more than the second one. Feels a little bit cheap and not as authentic as first one. Plus the second one didn’t come in a box. And the company did explain that this was because of the size.

Thank you so much for your continued trust and for sharing your honest feedback 😍 We’re sorry to hear that your second bag didn’t feel as perfect as the first one. Some larger styles do come without the brand box to ensure safe shipping, but we completely understand how you feel. Your feedback is extremely valuable, and we’ll make sure it’s shared with our team to keep improving. We truly appreciate your loyalty and hope your new bag still brings you joy. We’ll be here to assist anytime you need.
