After a few departures and an increase in corporate growth, the InMarket DevOps team had to be rebuilt. Elevano was able to deliver many quality engineers in a relatively short period of time. We were able to rebuild the entire time with a lot of talent and a lot of potential going forward. Additionally in the current state of industry, speed is a requirement for the interview process. Elevano was able to deliver multiple times where interviews needed to be completed in a week and they were able to achieve that goal and get offers extended to key candidates across the pipeline.

Arash was probably the best recruiter I ever worked with. Whereas most recruiters refuse to do anything other than send automated emails and try to pressure you to get on the phone for a chat, Arash was willing to correspond with me over email, discussing what I would need in order to make a satisfactory move, and ultimately helped me land an exciting Lead Frontend Developer position at a company that does something positive for the world.
