Elevano helped our scaling startup identify strong engineers for our growing team: their rapid communication and ability to quickly grasp our team culture, priorities, and "must haves" was a huge assist and enabled us to onboard strong talent in a short time. The two new hires have been with us for several months now and were both great additions to the team. Highly recommend.

Arash effectively facilitated communication throughout the interview process. I appreciated the follow-up conversations after each interview and the help with coordinating each subsequent step in the process.

Elevano is great to work with! They produce amazing candidates within a timely manner. Very easy to communicate with, and we've hired dozens of candidates from Elevano. I would highly recommend anyone looking for outside Tech Recruiters to hire Elevano.

Awesome communication and persistence. Easy to talk to and seemed genuinely interested in creating a good match for both my needs and the needs of the potential employer(s).

Working with Amir was incredibly easy and fruitful. From the first call, it was clear he was very knowledgeable of the tech field. He matched me with a great opportunity, and within a month, I had a lucrative offer from a fantastic company. It would be a pleasure to work with him again and would highly recommend his services for any tech professional.

I worked with Arash across a few different roles as a hiring manager, primarily DevOps/SRE/Cloud. I enjoyed my experience across the board. The Elevano team, especially Arash, put a lot of effort into partnering with me and other managers to make sure we found the right person who was also a mutual fit. There was constant collaboration and communication and I always felt that we knew where we stood with each candidate.
