Good experience. When I had a question, the response was almost immediate.

I was selling my home in a hot real estate market and had the time to show it to prospective buyers, so I did not see value in using a real estate broker. It was essential, however, to list my property on the MLS in order to attract buyers and the buyer's agent commission this requires was well worth it, as it incentivized real estate agents to bring clients to me.
