Excellent way to save lots of $$$$!

In the past year and a half I sold two of my houses using EntryOnly.com. I saved thousands of dollars in commission fees. This service is great. Easy to do and saves you $$$$lots of cash. Jason and his team are very helpful and quick to respond to all inquires.

I highly recommend Jason and his firm EntryOnly.com to sell your home. Selling without a traditional realtor is a no brainer and using Jason's service is the only way to do it. I've used full service (and cost) real estate agents in the past - and it's exactly that - the past. People don't need agents to drive them around, show them 'private' listings, etc etc. People want to review available homes online and SAVE on fees. EntryOnly.com was absolutely GREAT for me, in the modern internet world. Not only did I get a great listing in all the right places, but I was able to utilize just the additional services that made sense in my case and sell with confidence. I would use them again, everytime, and so should you.

Working with Jason was easy and the process was self explanatory. We sold our house in 8 weeks. Along the way we needed to make revisions to the disclosure which were uploaded quickly. Jason was available almost always and, if not, he returned our calls in a very reasonable time frame. We saved so much money selling ourselves.
