I've used this service twice to sell my own properties and it is very straight forward and works out well. There are no hidden agendas or surprise fees with this service. I plan to use it again when I sell my current residence!

Very straight forward, responded to my questions quicker than I expected and gave me advice throughout.

I think this website really helped me reaching the potential buyers in no time .. and I always advice sellers that don't just depend upon the website but also do your part (keeping it clean, no smell, fixing things etc.,)

EntryOnly is the only way I have sold numerous properties over the years. No issues, quick updates to listings if needed, simple to initiate etc. All the same exposure as conventional methods. Saved thousands in listing agent commissions doing it ourselves - and just as effectively!!!

Jason was very responsive to every question I had. I sold my home with no problems and didn’t have to pay a realtor!

Very easy to set up and great results! Highly recommend to those who are comfortable selling on their own.

We sold our house using entry only.com. When it was uploaded to MLS we had quite a few calls. We also advertised an open house and two of the people who attended the open house were interested. It was a very easy process and would highly recommend using entry only.com. Jason answered all my questions and was very helpful uploading pictures and through the whole process.

It was a bit of work but definitely doable for the amount of money you will save. I had already had a buyer interested in my home but did not want to sell at their offered amount. I had hoped to bring in new buyers but ended up having to take the offer that I already had because of time restraints. I think that if I had bought into EntryOnly when I first put my house for sale by owner, it would have helped me to bring in more buyers. If you are selling your house on your own to save the commission, you may benefit from this product right at the start.
