Contacted seller about part being defective. Wouldnt return it or refunds. Tried making me warranty it locally at a place I didn't buy it from. Talked to me like I was a idiot. They sold it they should warranty it!

You sent bowl bolt with NO SEAL WASHER! Can't use bolt without seal washer. It leaks fuel!

Ordered GX160 engine. They sent me a GX200. Bigger is not always better. They said I could return it if I pay return shipping. I should NOT have to pay for their mistake. Is this the only company on the planet that does not record their phone calls?

Terrible customer service. No Owner's Manual, company claimed that the dealer lost it. Owner's Manual online does not explain how to break in new engine. One customer rep said to change oil in 5-8 hrs, another "Mitch" said that kohler did not provide directions on that. Moreover, Mitch refused to provide warranty terms and told me that I could put mower upside down for winter storage for all he cared. Lesson learned: do not buy from this co. Buy direct from Kohler.

Bought something through ebay. This company shipped it. Ordered the wrong size. Tried to initiate the return through ebay and could not. First person I called at equipatron said they were "initiating the return process, and I would receive an email" Waited a week, called back. Was told I had to deal with ebay. If it was worth the $138 to alienate a first time customer, and turn them into a one time customer that shares (good and bad) experiences, congratulations! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Hello Gary, Thanks for your purchase and contacting us. We had previously spoken with you in regards to your order for a mower deck. This mower deck was a custom order from the manufacturer and we had advised you of the 2-3 week lead time on it. It was shipped to you on 4/28, and the tracking number was updated and emailed to you. In checking the tracking, it appears to be scheduled for delivery on Friday, 5/02/14. Once again our apologies for the delay, but you should be all set shortly. Please let us know if there is anything else you need. Have a good one! Thank you, Daniel Customer Service Team @ Equipatron
