I ordered a new phone case, and it arrived in three days-way faster than expected. The case itself is sturdy and looks great, but the packaging was a bit flimsy. Still, I’m happy with the purchase. The website was easy to navigate, and the checkout process was smooth. The only downside was the lack of color options for the case. Overall, a decent experience, but I hope they add more choices next time.

I purchased two items for my snowblower for future use. I only needed 1 for a soon to be repair but ordered two because this snowblower company went under. I did not open the boxes till spring when I went to summer-ize my blower. Upon opening the box, I realized the parts I received were too long. Apparently there are two sizes... I called the company and was told since it is beyond they're 60 day return span, they would not accept them back for exchange. NO exceptions. It is their "policy". Policies are needed as a guideline but not written in stone. I just want to "exchange" them for the right size. The customer service agent there said he would not honor my request. I guess that is the last time I deal with this company.
