ExaVault Cloud FTPReviews of exavault.com

We've been using Exavault for a few months now to assist in secure file transfer between ourselves and some project partners. This site was easy for our IS engineers to configure to our branding and requirements. Our partners have found the system simple to use with very little support from us, which has been a pleasant surprise. We will certainly continue to use Exavault for this purpose.

We use a combination of exavault and a few other file transfer services. We have had a lot of experiences with other services like wetransfer or yousendit periodically becoming very very slow. Exavault is consistently fast. As a plus, the web interface has improved a great deal over the past couple years so this service is appropriate for sharing with users who are not technical enough to use an FTP client.

Our company has been using ExaVault for the past 4 months; we were using another service but determined a change was needed. ExaVault has worked great for sending links to our customers/vendors for downloading large files. We also have used a feature where customers can upload files to a folder that you create and make available to them thru ExaVault. Overall we are very pleased with ExaVault.

Our company has been using ExaVault for several years with no problems. They are fast and friendly when I have needed to contact them for any reason. The data uploads are very fast and it is always there when needed or the ability to share large files with outside employees.

This is the best FTP service that we have been able to find that is the most cost effective! The bandwidth is unlimited which is very important to the application that we are using the service for. I was shocked at the high level of technical support that ExaVault offered to our account when we were having just the slightest of issues while using our FTP client to connect to their service. They called me personally within 6 hours of us opening a ticket and then continued to follow up with us consistently via email over the next 3 business days to make sure that everything was right. I would recommend ExaVault to anyone because of how affordable the service and everything that you can do with it. If technical support and standing by their product is something that you are worried about, DON'T BE!!! These guys are excellent!

We have used Exavault for data storage and transmission for a number of years. Reliability has always been good - our data is there when we need it, and upload and download speeds have always been brisk. The use of the FTP service for file transmission has made communication between ourselves and our clients much easier as file sizes have grown over the years making past means of transmission (emails/CDs/Zip Disks) ungainly in comparison.

Good service, good reliability, no problem ! We just experience slow uploads and downloads for large files, maybe because we are in Europe ? Faster would be better ...

I am from South-east Europe and I am using this FTP service from USA west coast, as it is very fast, reliable, and prices are just fine. I am a user for about 5 years, having big storage there now – 750GB, never had any problems. We use it for big file sharing, all around the globe, download speeds are excellent. For everything I ask, they answer fast, and I think that the company is having excellent organization and professionals who work there. Keep up the good work!
