The whole group of people working on my and my sons taxes the past couple years have gone above and beyond what I expected of them. Their timely responses and professionalism are such a breath of fresh air and so appreciated in this day and age. Sarah has been proactive and a calm voice on the other end of the line during their handling of our tax concerns.. Expat Tax Professionals should be your first call when you need to file abroad.

Very convenient to do online. Usually prompt responses. Last year my tax processing was far slower than usual. Not sure why. I do find the service quite expensive, especially as the Aussie dollar is only 75% of US. May need to look for another provider.

I feel really lucky to have come across this company. My tax situation is not straight forward, but after giving them all the information they required, they were able to complete my tax return and give specific directions every step of the way. They were even helpful when I had questions after my return was completed. The communication was spot on.

We have been using your services for many years now, unfortunately last year we had very poor service, with lots of unnecessary back and forward. We would like to understand better if anything has changed and what to expect this year.
