If I could give zero stars I would. Would not fill prescription without prior authorization. Was directed to moda who also called on my behalf. Given rude rude responses from Stephanie (calling herself a supervisor) who refused to contact or give her number so that a moda rep could speak with her. Moda was given another number for me to contact to give some more information to let them authorize the (eczema cream!). I spoke with Keisham who literally laughed in my face and said they didn’t want information from me and that I would need to contact my doctor to provide them more information. Come on! This is literally a scam based business. How can the city of Portland contract with them? They are red flagged by the BBB and have leagal action pending for shady and unauthorized, uncontracted withholding of meds.

OMG! I have been trying to get two different medications filled now for several months. One is an alternative for the other. For both of these medications, Express$hits keeps bouncing the status from 'In progress' to 'Need more information'. When in 'Need More Information' they say they need more information from the doctor. I have my doctor call them and it gets resolved. But in day or two - it is back to 'Need more information' requesting different info from the doc. Both of these medications have cycled through these two statuses 3-4 times. I have now been trying to get either of these medications for several months. I sent them an email a few days ago and got a voicemail back sending they would send me an email. They never did

I have been with Express scripts for the past 3 years as prescription service provider. They are extremely slow and casual about how they fill people's prescriptions. They take forever to fill the prescriptions. Every time they receive a new prescription from the doctor they keep asking doctors for useless clarifications and put the orders on-hold. These issues never get resolved unless you make multiple calls to them. Even when you make these calls it is very difficult to reach a pharmacist and it is very frustrating. Feels like I am dealing with some type of bureaucratic governmental agency. Unfortunately I am stuck with them as this is the only option available thru my employer which is also the reason they can get away with this type of poor service.

Ordered script 3 days delivery, called Ten days later they sent the order out an entire week after receiving it , still isn’t here ,

It takes 10 days to get an order them even for prescriptions that are a simple refill where they do not have to contact a doctor. I have no idea how they expect people to wait that long for their medications. And when you contact them for help, it's so difficult to get anyone who can resolve the issue.

We entered a temporary address for three months and they accused us of moving permanently. They continue to harass us and I guess were stuck with them until next enrollment.

Worst prescription insurance ever! I am a senior citizen. I have dealt with many different prescription insurance companies in my lifetime. I got on Express Scripts the first of January 2024. Since then I have had more problems with them by far than any other prescription insurance company ever! It takes several calls and escalations to get anything fixed or corrected. They ask for a preauthorization for every new prescription my doctor writes and I don't find out about it until I get to the pharmacy. Then the pre authorizations don't get transmitted but they say the did or sometimes they say one was never processed and it takes several escalations to try to get my medicines which I have never had to go through before my entire life. Several of the problems still haven't been resolved after several tries and I am going without maintenance medications I have been taking for years! If you have any other choice in prescription insurance, for the love of everything Holy, don't use Express Scripts!

Let me tell you about this outsourced place. Utterly and absolutely the worst! I submitted all the documents they needed to verify my dependents. The same documents that I have been using for the last 14 years and now they can't take my marriage license. My wife who has stage 4 breast cancer cannot get her medications now because someone says that's not good enough. Over 14 years of using the same documents. My last two employers took it and now it's not good enough. Another reason why outsourcing is terrible. This may cause me to become very litigious if her health falter's because of their negligence! They're talking about appeals processes, which no one has time to wait on. November 9th, 2023 is when the proper docs were submitted. I hope that they read this and know that this is a big problem and must be dealt with now! I'm just wondering who else is out there having the same problem.
