They are too lazy took my designer glasses to get prescription and the specialist said they couldn’t be done because they would break lols! Lazy people ! All they had to do is put them in warm sand to expand the frame easy as that! Took them to another place they did them without bs! Eyemart always has its excuses!! Lazy specialists! They were great a couple years back. Recent interaction went horrible. After a couple attempts to fix the quality issue I defaulted to a refund of my money.

The employees are rude, short and very dismissive. They do nothing to help you with trying to find the best deal they offer. I left and gave Costco my money instead. I will never go back there, and suggest you save your time and go anywhere else, but there.

Horrible customer service. I waited an hour and a half for warranty service, because someone put me under "new purchase" and not under "pickup/service." My glasses are STILL broken. With this sort of HORRIBLE customer service, I will NEVER purchase and pair of glasses from your company! Don't do it! This place hires stupid, useless people. Yes, I'm angry! I have a right to be after 90 minutes of being in the computer as a "new purchase," when it was a goddamned "service" issue. Which, dear reader, is actually in their computer. The lack of competence has voided my warranty.

They were very friendly. A little slow. After totaling my glasses and all costs I owed $82. It wasn't bad until I spoke with my agent and learned that the cost was for extra add-on not needed. This is how they are making a much better profit over insurance. My glasses should have been FREE. Make sure to question all charges.

I have a special needs son that I take to Eyemart to get his glasses he loves to talk.People usually ignore him but Nina talked to him and still was able to get our order put in in a timely manner. My experience at the Duluth Eyemart Express was satisfying. As a helicopter pilot, I needed a unique setup. All the Eyemart Express personnel helped me, from the doctor who did the exam to the woman who did the final order and fitted the glasses. There was a glitch in the original order at a lab (not the in-store lab). An employee, Tiana, was on the mistake immediately and rectified it. Having well-trained employees who are pleasant to work with is the hallmark of a good business.

I have used Eyemart for years and never had any major issues but I’m very disappointed in having to sign in just to pickup glasses that have been prepaid and I had sit to long so I left. My time is valuable and to have to sit and wait just to pickup is ridiculous.. I’ll just have to make another trip back to town another day There has gone a way that someone doesn’t have to sign in just to pickup
