Eyemart ExpressReviews of eyemartexpress.com

I would like to express my appreciation to Western Hills Eyemart Express for such fantastic service. All the girls working there, Sarah, Dea, and another young lady who's name I didn't get. They are beyond awesome. Go out of their way to please. My wife and I will be customers for life. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you all so much. Robert Mobley

I use the Eyemart location in Ft. Collins, CO. The manager is Mabel Isle and she had been very easy to work with in dealing with the warranty. I live in Wyoming and enjoy alot of out doors activities and shenanigans. I think the people are the difference for this location.

Meridian Idaho location: My first experience with Eyemart Express was frustrating because they got my original order wrong and charged me an additional $10.00 to re-order. Then they refused to repair scratches even though I had them less than 30 days. They blamed it on the employee "who no longer works here" who failed to add the anti-scratch (again ordered wrongly) and insisted on an additional $50.00. The Manager girl did not seem interested in trying to make this right with me (rude) and I will take my business elsewhere.

I now realize they have been short handed. I won’t go into a lot of detail, but was in Marion EyeMart on Tuesday afternoon, Stacy, the manager, had the day off. There were two employees at the time, very nice, but could not take care of the problem. I was told I would be gotten in touch with first thing on Wednesday, they were extremely busy that day, I was told. I called at 1:30 and then again at 5:30 still couldn’t speak with Stacy. I did write a bad review and now I’m sorry, we don’t always know what others are going through. Stacy did call Thursday afternoon and everything was take are of and I picked up my new glasses today.

I bought glasses from Eyemart Express in February. I bought the polycarbonate lens for $319.00 I asked for the scratch guard. It is the middle of May and both lenses have a cloud or haze from where they are scratched. I called the store and was told the lenses are scratch resistant and not scratch protective. So now I have to buy glasses again. I implore you not to buy your glasses from Eyemart Express. They are not a reputable company. The glasses were not done in one day. It took seven days before they were ready.

Went to the one in Sioux Falls, SD, the staff were friendly and came to assist right away. Picked out the frames I wanted, he marked them for bifocal placement, took them to the room where they assemble them, had them in about half an hour, cost $77.91. I've never gotten my glasses that fast, most places send them out to make and it takes 2-3 weeks, plus cost $200.00+.

I have purchased glasses at the Rocky Mount store several times and always had a good experience. Rebecca has helped me the last two times, and she has been awesome. She has great interpersonal skills, and she is quick and knowledgeable. Thanks Rebecca!

Was not told that VSP insurance is out of pocket untill I arrived at store. All my benefits that I pay for do not apply there only Small. Discounts. Very untruthful and deceiving drove an hour for nothing. False advertisement as far as I'm concerned
