This is my second visit to the Hilliard Ohio location. I could never wear glasses before I went there, something was always wrong. Eye Mart is the best!!! People are professional, friendly and helpful. This is my kind of place. Thanks for all you do.

Eyemart Express in St. George Utah is top notch! Rose found me discounts so I could get glasses on my tight budget. Everyone was great, and they are FAST. I had two pair made. One clear and one dark, both lined bifocals and they were ready in 90 minutes! 😲 I would recommend the St. George Eyemart Express to everyone!

All I can say is Tina at Eyemart Express in Columbia, MO deserves a HUGE promotion. The technicians lost my glasses and gave me the wrong prescription. The reason I'm giving them 5 *'s is because of Tina, who juggles giving extremely good customer service and actually doing the job that the manager etc should be doing: looking for lost glasses, etc. She's special and the ONLY reason I will go back is because of Tina's customer service and KNOWLEDGE.

My husband's glasses turned out horrible. Took them back twice because he couldn't see through them to read. The woman refused to measure the glasses on his face for pupillary distance. I asked and she replied she's that good. Really? We ended up going to another optometrist who measured the glasses and the pupillary measurement was of by 3mm on both lenses. We had to pay to get new glasses made, same prescription. Now we are out over $400. Also discovered a discrepancy between what we were each charged and what our insurance was billed. NEVER AGAIN. The Beckley store is a very bad joke.

How was in the Eyemart in Beckley West Virginia on the 28th August. I had never ordered glasses before and I was helped with the young lady name Crystal she was very helpful she walked me through the entire way to get my glasses. She was very nice she didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing anything about it she helped me so much she is a wonderful asset to your company. I will only get my glasses there and I hope she works there for a long time so she can help me again if I ever need anything else thank you Crystal. Thank you Vicky

This company is disorganized, uncooperative, and lack communication skills. I waited 5 hours after arriving early to my scheduled appointment. They got my insurance wrong, not once, but twice. They do not answer the phones during their business hours, nor call you back. Received the wrong script when my contacts came in. And to top it off, the doctor was grumpy and rude.
