Really very good customer service. I don't give reviews very easily to anyone but, for Eyemart, in my office hours I am brought time to review them. I really had very nice service, with lot of efforts taken by the salesman. Thanks again

The customer service was fair as in they did not listen to me . But the Doctor was not very good. He was in a great rush and did not give a thorough examination . I received my glasses and the prescription was wrong. I went to Pearle Vision and got a correct examination and proper prescription. I wasted $498 dollars plus the time I wasted going there. . I chalk this up to a learning experience.

I purchased a pair of glasses at EYEMART EXPRESS in Granger, Indiana. Kathleen was exceptionally helpful! She helped me find a pair of glasses that I liked and got them to fit perfectly! When I picked them up 2 weeks later, I needed NO adjustments and can see clearly! Thanks to all the staff, especially (Kathy) at EYEMART EXPRESS in Granger, INDIANA!!!

Awesome experience good customer service. Good glasses to choose from. Highly recommend to all looking for your glasses same day. Got both glasses in 17 min. Store wasn’t busy yet.

I went into the store on 12995 South Cleveland Ave Fort Myers, Florida 33907. Store # 239. I Had the best service ever. Jose Lebron is the best. On May 26, 2021 I had a funeral to go to. My glasses broke, I had a flight to New York that evening not knowing if they would be able to get me a pair of glasses at least to go to the funeral, Jose told me he'll talked to the manager with the help of Jose Lebron I walked out with 2 pair of glasses. I must have tried on 8 pairs during this time, but Jose Lebron recommended a pair for me and I loved them, just perfect for my face. I received excellent service, Jose did not seem like he was trying to rush, he was really nice. I Was told the glasses would be ready in two hours I got them before 2 hours, I got the text stating they were ready for pickup tried them on and would not change a thing. They were perfect! I went to 3 stores before that none of them was able to help me. This place is great and that was my first time into one of their stores. Now Jose you have a customer for life.

We were on our way to the airport and had to stop to have my granddaughter's glasses repaired. Hailey, Katie and Michael had us in and out in a matter of minutes and provided excellent customer service. Eyemart Express store #209

Wow!!! Can't believe the bad reviews!! My experience was very different. I got progressives and when I got home, they were uncomfortable and the reading part was too low. I returned the next day and the service was AMAZING! The manager there keeps and eye on everything and makes sure people are being helped. ALL the employees were kind and courteous. They completely replaced the glasses with no questions asked!!!! I was amazed.
